Reminds me of Yare Designs, they made a lot of dragon pieces, though I do not think it is one of their figures.

The clay reminds me of John Hughes’ animals from Wales

I think these look like the same maker as the dragon in the cave, but no mark on these ones- I bought these latest two together in Devon again. Same coarse stoneware and colouring and stylistically similar to cave one.
I can see similarities to John Hughes’ Groggs. Maybe someone working with him or inspired by his funny animals
