Pretty sure it will turn out to be an Italian company. Back stamp looks to be a mouse.

They should put that back stamp up as part of the Rorschach Test. Laughter I see what looks like a big stein with a very large handle...…!

Ha yeah, I think I've seen it before and it's a weird mouse in a hat. The piece is a fruit bowl about 10 inches wide
