Small Asian plate hand painted with cranes and scenes
Tried looking for the mark on gotheborg website but, well, it doesn't appear in the Japanese section it seems. Unless i've got the mark upside down or something. I presume that red circle means it's been in an auction house maybe? I paid a whopping £1 for it although it does have a small chip on the base rim.

Yes, it's upside down. The character that will be on the bottom left is "zo", meaning "made". I didn't find it, either, but my eyesight isn't good.
