Does anyone know the designer of this vase? Looks handblown, but got a very flat base.

Possibly Vicke Lindstrand for Kosta Boda Glasbruk in Sweden

To me it doesn't have the quality of Kosta Boda and could be a recent inexpensive import. An image of the base might help.
