The mark looks like Gebruder Heubach, Lichten, Germany produced hard paste porcelain from 1840 to 1925.

It looks like the products that Heubach Brothers were producing at Lichte in Thuringia, Germany around 1900. It was at that time that the factory was modernised and the technical and artistic quality of the products improved under Richard Heubach.
