Bowl is about 6” across with a ground base. Set of moulded dimples underneath - makes me think an ID might be possible
.

The very best guess is Murano, but that may be well off the mark.

I have a bowl/dish that uses a similar technique of cavities within the thick walled glass to produce an optical effect. I posted it on the GMB but didn't get a reply. Like your piece, I think they're either Murano or Czech. Difficult to be more precise
