The Canadian Pottery Blue Mountain possibly? They were around in a lot of shops in the 70's, and specialised in animal figures.

Close, but can’t see it among all their many deer figures. I think it might be another random animal figure among many others for a while longer.

Not all their figures would necessarily have Online images. They did a great deal of stuff, and its fifty or so years ago now.
