Triangular dish, combed design, stoneware? M or W mark Empty Triangular dish, combed design, stoneware? M or W mark

Don’t know if this will be a known maker. 6” dish, Combed pattern in browns, white and black. Dish looks like stoneware or must it be earthenware with this style of decoration?
Painted mark looks like M or W with lines around it.
