Kronach Bavaria Empty Kronach Bavaria

Can somebody give me some info on this?  I cant find this mark when looking up Kronach. I found some similar photos of items by an artist called Professor Joseph Vetter but I could not see the markings on his items. Sorry about the pics its the best I have at the moment. Hello,

the vase is from bauer - rosenthal around 1898 - 99.
the design could be adolf oppel.
