Small Dimpled Vase, Fiskay? Empty Small Dimpled Vase, Fiskay?

Small vase, with incised Fiskay and monogram. There is also a rectangular impressed mark that is totally unreadable. Fiskay returns no hits on Google, any ideas?

Davee i'm sure i can make out some letters of that mark.
It could be a good start point with a higher resolution pic.
