Mystery Lamp Base - help to identify maker please

Please take a look at the lamp base shown in the attached picture. There are marks on the base. The pattern looks familiar but I cannot place it. Any help much appreciated. There is a firing fault on the bottom. many thanks

I think this looks very like Peter Clough, Nantwich Pottery. Probably a second with the firing crack, kind regards
