Help ID my pottery

Hallo all
Can anybody please let me know whether they recognise the mark on the base of this ceramic platter (or is it a scale? excuse me for for my bad English)? I cannot find anything on the internet and I looked for a long time... It's not Dutch for sure. Is it an amateur piece maybe?
Any help identifying the information would be appreciated!
Decade/country/artist etc

Dated 2007. The mark looks similar to Herman August Kahler’s HAK mark but wrong date. Might be by a follower or student
