Black flower vase?? Empty Black flower vase??

I just got black flower vase.
On the bottom says No. 19L- Made in England
Does anyone know this mark?

Agree with DD. The L would suggest that this this one of two with the other being 19R. It looks like part of a set i.e. clock garniture or a Washing set.
