have a look at this mark ... the 'stick on' clay mark is about 1cm diameter/just over .5" ... can you tell me the size of your pot - and the size of the mark?

Thanks for the reply. Very odd marks and not very clear, possibly French or continental.

Hi potterymad62 ... thanks for coming back ... what do you see in the goblet that makes you think it could be French or continental (apart from the fact that I bought it in France!)? And on that note - do you think your pot might be European?

Sorry for confusing you, I was referring to my pot and post. Lovely goblet though.
