Cleary marked, partially glazed goblet- help identifying please... Empty Cleary marked, partially glazed goblet- help identifying please...

Hallo all.
This goblet is 4.75" tall and nearly 3" diameter at the base.
The inside and rim are glazed, whilst the rest is left unglazed.
The potters mark is clear, but I am unable to identify through Yates-Owen and Fournier.
Does anybody recognise the mark/maker?
