Is it a zebra? Empty Is it a zebra?

Was attracted to this for some reason! I have no idea whether it  is  British, made yesterday or even whether it is a horse or a zebra??
Very dark green with a slight iridescence. Possibly the remains of a narrow rectangular label

Yes, it’s a zebra. Beyond that I don’t know. Just a guess but maybe Secla Portugal?
