This very tactile heavy bowl/candleholder/vase? its about 6" tall with a similar diameter at the top.
There looks to be some initials on the base.
Any help, as always, greatly appreciated.

Based on the clay, it could be Scandinavian or German, similar to  Gerhard Liebenthron’s work. Is it signed GL?

Many thanks for your response Naomi - it does have a scratched mark underneath but its definitely not GL.
