TG mark - T&G Woodware Ltd of Portishead, Bristol

Hi

As I say I'm pretty sure this is a late T G Green backstamp but I can't seem to locate it on line?

Last month I saw some hand painted pinstripe ones that looked rather 1960's with this Mary Quant esk daisy lid so again it lends to the thought.

Not a T G Green mark, also they never used "hand painted".

Wondering if it's scandanavian?

Maybe, pretty sure of a 90's memory though the internet says no.

I've only just spotted this question. I don't think anyone ever answered it... the back stamp has nothing to do with T.G.Green & Co Ltd.

It's the back stamp of a company named T&G Woodware Ltd of Portishead, Bristol. Makers of modern kitchenwares.
