Trying to identify the age, producer and artist signature is proving to be difficult. Does anyone have any insight?

Looks like a bought in Limoges blank that someone has decorated to sell on. They’ve misspelt Feint as Peint. (Feint main - handpainted)

No, peint main means hand painted. Fait main means hand made. I agree those are initials of a hobbyist painter, so the maker of the blank is unimportant.
