Filigree hand mirror Empty Filigree hand mirror

Any ideas who, when, where?
Around the edge of the mirror the silver is wearing off showing brass underneath.
Surprisingly, no wear on the handle.

Looks like one of the 1950s Regent dressing table set mirrors, but missing
the petit-point decorative insert on the back.
