Very Heavy  Empty Very Heavy

I have no idea what this is at all. I dont want to send it to charity but would prefer to be sure it is not something good despite knocks and chips. It is either very old or very amateur. Very heavy. 9 inches in height and 7cm diameter base. Any comments welcome. ThanksVery Heavy  20180316

There are some Studio potters doing similar pieces, but there are also Asian imports. Without a mark, and the weight, points to it being a recent Asian import

Can't say i've seen anything like it. If dirt fills the pitting on the sides of it, i would say more likely to be old.
