plate Empty earthenware plate 70's

This plate was bought in late 70's in a well known antique shop  in Ghent/Belgium.
It represents an ancient battle scene  with 3 warriors.Greek?
The plate is 38cm diameter and is rather heavy.
It has golden  inlay.
There is a momgram on the back which could be gg or LL,i don't really know.
Every hint is welcome.
