Help with glass goblets

hi , I know nothing about glass and was hoping that someone could help identify the two goblets wine ? glass, beer glass, ? They both have bubbles in the glass which makes me think  that the are old ,they have a blue base and rim ,they are very thick and heavy made glasses and I was wondering if anyone knew if they were British or continental any here help would be much appreciated .
