Looks a bit like the J&G Meakin back stamp but there's a few things missing from it.

Possibly a bought in blank that’s been decorated by another company

Thanks for your response,do you think it could be Neppon backstamp ? They have something similar,although I think that they are from Japan and this has made in England.

Some of the Japanese factories do have a rising sun mark but I don’t think any are like this one

The Meakin "rays" were alternately long and short.
I'm sure Crown Clarence used something similar, but the 1930s
decoration looks far to early for them
