Help ID this plate bought at a flea market in Italy

I've bought this plate,days ago, at a flea market in Italy, its shape is not perfectly round, plate hanger looks old and there are some small imperfections on the rear side. I couldn't find any information in Internet and I'd appreciate your help and opinion.

Im afraid it’s not a mark I’ve come across before. It’s possible it’s a mid-20th Century decorator using bought in blanks, making one-offs on commission
