Lidded Pot with Dragonfly - attributed to Philip Little, PL mark
This small lidded pot is c8cms high and 11cms wide. There is a faint incised mark on the base which I thought was a diamond but on closer inspection it is just lines. I have assumed that it is British as it was part of a pottery collection which focused on British Studio Pottery but that may be a Red Herring. Any pointers would be welcomed.
Thank you in advance

bernard rooke?
The applied Dragonfly looks very Bernard Rooke. Although not so sure about the rest of the piece, as this would be unusual for him.

I don't think it's Rooke, but other than that I don't know; it's not a style I've come across before. It might be a local potter or it might be a foreign studio potter.

Thank you for the latest update. I have tried to find Philip Little but can only find the artist rather than the Potter! Fingers crossed that more information emerges.
