Unmarked ceramic lamp base Empty Unmarked ceramic lamp base

Having scoured the entire internet (at least 3 times) to no avail, I am hoping someone here will be able to identify this lamp base.  It has an Art Deco look about it, but otherwise suggests 1950's (to me, no expert).  Sure would appreciate an opinion!
