Sgraffito bowl identification.

Hi! I bought this for my Dad and would like to know more about it please. The marks are quite clear but has no country identification. It is very well thrown and decorated so if by an amateur they are talented!

It looks like it's signed Kutin. Not a name or mark I've come across before. I suspect it's European

Hi! I have tried every combination of the letters! I was hoping somebody might recognise the mark. It's a lovely bowl whoever made it :)

It might include the T
