As this is a duplicate post I've deleted the earlier one. All I can say is it looks like 1970s and factory made, but I don't recognise the mark

I saw an identical one with a much less stylised "WP" mark. The obvious candidate would be Washington Pottery, though they seem to have morphed into someting else by the 1970s.
