MB or MJB mark - Mary J Boardman Empty MB or MJB mark - Mary J Boardman

Possible MR mark, a turquoise-glaze teapot of average size and weight with quite delicate incisions regular incisions to clay body. Any ideas about maker? Glaze is quite distinctive. Thanks.

MB or MJB mark. Often attributed to Mary J Boardman, Backwater Pottery, but sometimes difficult to distinguish between Bill Hedge/Mount St Bernard Abbey and Margerie Bond's mark - http://pin.it/LhmbDI5

It’s MJB. We’ve had it several times with the same textured surface. Closest is Mary Boardman, but there’s also Bill Hedge and Margery Bond with similar marks

Most examples listed as Mary Boardman are from members of various ID groups who’ve asked for an ID. Some accept that there’s still a question mark over the attribution but others don’t

Edited to say I’m 95% sure it’s by Mary J Boardman

I believe it's an MJB mark for Mary J Boardman

Mary Boardman, Backwater Pottery. Based in Weobley, Herefordshire, for a short time before moving to Hereford, 1983-93
