Beautiful hock glass with a part coloured bowl and elaborate stem ID please

Hello
I have a pair of lovely hock glasses and wondered if any one recognised the manufacturer?
The glass measures 7.5" tall and weighs 350g.
The stem seems to have an inner and an outer element with the inner piece of glass ending at the top knopf (?)
