Studio lamp base Rooke?

I've had this for about 15 years now, thought it might be by Bernard Rooke so i bought it. It's really heavy. There are no marks on it at all.

I have one of these too, although the pattern is a little different. Mine is by Rooke but Wallwork made similar ones too.

Mine had the same metal extension for the light fitting, so most likely Rooke

They both made these type of lamp bases and used letters from their names as decoration. Having many of the same letters makes life more difficult but I would go with Bernard Rooke too.

The only way I could tell them apart was by finding a Rooke item with the same moulded decoration.
