ID for a 1930s (possibly) Japanese tea set

Your help would be gratefully received to try to identify a maker for a tea set brought back from Japan by a Great Uncle in the 1930s.

I have drawn a complete blank on the backstamp from the sources I have s

Certainly looks Japanese from the decoration, although Czech is also possible. but I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the mark. It might be on the list of 20thC Japanese marks on the website

Just my personal opinion, take it or leave it.
