Hi, I'm not sure what the signature is on here - it looks like Toucher e(something)n but I can't make it out. It looks scandinavian possibly.

It looks like a garlic grater in the middle for tapas (olive oil dip)

I see what you mean but it doesn't feel that rough - quite smooth in places. Plus it's 23cms in size so maybe a bit large.
