Arts and Crafts copper inkwell
Hi, I would be very interested to find out more about this inkwell - I think it's a ships inkwell and I have seen similar in pewter. It is beautifully made by hand and is quite large. It needs a good clean as well. There are no marks that I can see. I bought it in the Cotswolds so thought maybe it was from The Cotswold School. Any info would be great. Thank you.

The rivited construction points to Arts and crafts.
A base pic might, but probably won't, help.
And no decoration to help pin it down.

Interestingly I found a pen nib inside the inkwell - the nib has the name E S Perry London and the words Good Luck and a horse shoe. The company E S Perry I think started in 1918 so the inkwell is at least that old.
