Green jug with olives/coin pattern

Hi - I'm new here and would love to hear any ideas on maker and date of this green jug I have. It is about 6 inches high and 19 inches in circumference. It has a distinctive olives/coin/hobnail inlaid pattern on the main body. There is a scratch at the bottom where the pontil has been removed and the base is smooth. Many thanks!
