Whitefriars bark vase? Empty Whitefriars bark vase?

I have never seen a vase like this before, it is very much in the style of a whitefriars bark vase but is cased and has an iridescent layer on the outside. There is a polished pontil mark and it stands 17cm tall.
Any body got any ideas? Art nouveau? Asian?

Not Whitefriars, Maybe Czech/German?
