The glaze and clay is a lot like that used by Mary Kenny.

I've seen Eeles pottery vases in that squared off shape. Also their sort of glaze.
But I also have a couple of small vases in a similar clay and glaze colours which may be Oriental.

Eeles is probably the best call, the cuts to the rim are more like theirs.

This is definitely by Jano Clarke, I have a very similar bud vase with the same dimpled rim and same creamy blue glaze with a clear JC mark. I can post photos if needed.
