Persian? Huge Heavy Serving Tray. Empty Persian? Huge Heavy Serving Tray.

This is a huge 65 cms across, it's also heavy. I wondered if it was persian and had genuine age?
It's going on my wall, but I'd like to find any information about it if I can as it was from a car boot.

I'd just be guessing Indian, or maybe North African.

Given the size, it may be the top of a table, you often see them with a folding
x-shape flimsy frame.
