Small goblet with a very common form of decoration but have I seen this mark before? I was told it was bought in Cornwall

I have a nice bowl which I am struggling to identify the maker. It is approximately 5in in height and 8.75in rim to rim. Inside the bowl and in a band round the foot of the bowl is a very distinctive brown inside the blue. The glaze has run over the mark which is difficult to read or photograph. My best guess is a very tentative KG.

Maybe he had an outlet there. tbh, His work was mostly functional tableware so there's a lot of it about.
Just checked and he's not in the marks book so he may have potted in various parts of the country in the latter half of the 20thC
