Clear & White cased pink with silver flecks vase - Czech or Italian? Empty Clear & White cased pink with silver flecks vase - Czech or Italian?

Hi

Clear cased pink and silver fleck vase with white inner casing. Ground out pontil on base and mold blown. I was thinking Czech but not so sure now.
