Small square pin dish. Scandinavian possibly? Empty Small square pin dish. Scandinavian possibly?

A small square dish decorated with a seated dog surrounded by spiders and webs. The back is marked with the letters E.H.R a triangle with three dots within and a running dog. Any ideas please.
