ORREFORS SLIP-GRAAL BOWL 1247L Empty ORREFORS SLIP-GRAAL BOWL 1247L

I would appreciate help confirming whether or not this is a real Orrefors Slip-Graal bowl since I haven't been able to find another example after an extensive search on Google.  It is marked on the base "Orrefors  S.Graal(hns?) 1247L Hal (17?).  I am not sure about the marks which I have put in brackets.  I hope they are clear enough in the photographs.
