Large studio charger JP initials? Empty Large studio charger JP initials?

Hi all

Before I dive into my pile of smaller studio I thought I would try and figure out the last couple of chargers on my list. So here goes.

This is a large brightly coloured charger with painted initials and what I take to be a date?
