Scottish Scenic Vase ? Empty Scottish Scenic Vase ?

Unmarked Stoneware? (think it is stoneware) vase with an incised decorative scenic of Pine trees and a foot bridge in a valley or mountain side. The incised decoration is filled with black glaze. Think this is British, possibly Scotland, Wales or Northern England.
Does anyone have any ideas or seen anything similar with a label?  
Height: 13.5cm
