Guernsey? Chelsea? vase Empty Guernsey? Chelsea? vase

Could this be Chelsea? I was attracted by the decoration .
When I looked at the base I thought I recognised it from images in the Chelsea thread on this site and also online images.

Were they always marked with a monogram as this appears to have a full signature with no incised Chelsea Pottery mark?

In 2014 Denby Dump posted a list of decorators which included K. Warman and if I look at the signature through half- closed eyes Laughter It could be hers ?

Unusual to have a full name and no pottery mark.
There were gold pottery stickers that fall off.

Guernsey would be a possibility, but I seem to remember their bases were unglazed.
