God I've seen these before, Clews is the only other one I can think of at the moment.
They did do some plain stuff.

Brin, the only thing is Beswick numbers tended to be impressed towards the edge.

I feel sure it isn't Beswick but made in the Potteries at ?

It's something I probably would have known 30 years ago.

I could say that I haven't got a clue but might it be that you have a Clews?

The idea that it might be by George Clews & Co of Tunstall keeps coming to me. Just another possibility.
