Antique flint glass goblet shaped piece ???
Hi again
looking for a little help with this piece too , again possibly Georgian or early Victorian , ground pontil , flint glass goblet shaped item ...quite large approx 7 inch tall..

Hi Dan . that is a possibility , i was thinking it was maybe too small and the bowl a tad too shallow to hold celery and water

They come in many sizes, yours may be on the small side, but then it doesn't have
much of a stem.

I believe they were sold as 'celery' vases to avoid taxes on luxury goods incurred on decorative vases. They weren't necessarily used for celery.

Victorian celery vases were for indeed for celery. It was a luxury table item. This looks a little small for celery; perhaps a rummer
