Blue glazed moulded circular dish, obscured embossed mark dated '69

In a similar vein to previous italian orange dish posting, this blue glazed dish is smaller with a central depression.
The embossed mark is tantalisingly almost decipherable, the date or maybe mould number - 69 - is clearer...

thanks Naomi, i don't think it is, the only two clear consecutive letters in the main name/word are 'wi' - We need Hetty Wainthropp!
