French ??? vintage glass i.d help needed

Hello all

I have this lovely set of 6 vintage / antique cocktail ( drinking) glasses

they have cobalt blue bowls with a kind of Vaseline glass stems and feet , they have a gilt gold rooster or cockerel on each one , French ????

they also have what looks to be a fire polished pontil , i get a feeling of quality

any help at all?
